Children's Centres can be provided with licenses for evince allowing them to full or partial functionality as determined by the permissions-based security model.  As the system is web-based all they would require to gain access is a PC with a web browser and an internet connection.  Opportunity Links is currently working with 4Children and other partners to develop a Children's Centre management application upon the evince platform, which would support tight integration with the current evince functionality as well as supporting the business needs for running a Children's Centre.
