Juliette Portas – Customer Care Manager
Juliette joined Opportunity Links in 1999 and over the course of the past nine years has worked on all facets of the ChildcareLink programme. Juliette was instrumental in actively supporting the set up of CISs as part of the National Childcare Strategy and has a strong understanding of CIS technical and operational requirements as a result of her experience managing the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough CIS and her ongoing consultancy work with CISs throughout England, particularly through the Regional Project and ongoing Ofsted support. Most recently, she was responsible for implementing iChIS in 85% of all Local Authorities.
Juliette is an experienced manager with a nine year track record of project and service delivery within the Early Years and Childcare sector. Her experience includes delivering focus groups with CISs and local authority Early Years teams to define their requirements for the iChIS system and actively supporting the delivery of childcare information to CISs through Ofsted.
