User Interface Screencast

Presented by Chris Smyth, one of our Senior Web Developers, this screencast gives a taster of the evince interface and some of the usability features built into its design.

History Screencast

Presented by Giles Thurston, our Technical Manager, this screencast gives an overview of the history functionality within evince.  This was developed to allow users to easily jump between items and searches as they move through the application.  It’s also particularly useful for linking elements together or passing search results through to the mapping and reporting functionality within evince.

Mapping/GIS Screencast

Presented by Rob Moran, our Development Manager, this screencast gives an overview of the mapping or GIS functionality within evince.  Developed using Google Maps, this extends the already powerful search functions, to allow users to further restrict results based upon radial searches around known points and routes.
